• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

5.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all rights to the workflows, data, and content you create using our Services ("Your Content"). By using our Services, you grant flowkiq a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the Services to you.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services, you grant flowkiq a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback without any obligation to you.

We take data privacy and security seriously. The collection, use, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. While we are not currently certified under specific compliance frameworks, we have implemented security and privacy practices designed to align with recognized industry standards, including:

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may export Your Content within 30 days of termination, after which we may delete it.

13.2 Arbitration
